Dante' Wynn
Dante' has been with CIGNA Government Services since 1999. She previously worked for the former DMERC Region D as a Customer Service Representative. Dante' was promoted to Quality Assurance Auditor, and a DME Customer Service Trainer. Most recently, she served as a trainer for the Tennessee and Idaho Medicare Part B Customer Service and Appeals departments.
Dante' holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
James Herren
James has been with CIGNA Government Services since 2003. He worked as a Customer Service Help Desk Representative and a Senior Recovery Analyst for the former Region D DMERC. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Recovery Analyst for Medicare Part B for Idaho, North Carolina and Tennessee.
James holds a B.S. Degree in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.
