PAME Function To Be Discontinued

Effective June 1, 2008, CIGNA Government Services will no longer offer financial status inquiry via the PAME online application. This information is available by calling our IVR at 1.866.238.9650. CIGNA Government Services will continue to offer Claim Status Inquiry and Beneficiary Eligibility information via the VPIQ online transaction. Check our website beginning May 1, 2008 for more details.
