DME MAC Customer Service Contact Center Closure
Beginning October 23rd, CIGNA Government Services Jurisdiction C Provider Contact Center will be
closed each Thursday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Central Time for
call center staff training. This weekly training will ensure our call center
representatives receive timely education on Medicare regulations and changes
so that they may better serve you. The IVR will remain available for your use
during these weekly training sessions and will provide you with information
that does not require call center assistance. Please monitor our ListServ messages
for any additional schedule changes.
