CEDI Help Desk Phone Lines Issue Resolved
On Friday June 12, 2009, CEDI reported we were experiencing intermittent issues with our CEDI Help Desk phone lines. This issue has been resolved and callers are able to connect to a CEDI Help Desk Technician or be placed in the queue for the next available Help Desk Technician.
CEDI customers may still chose to send an email with their issue to the CEDI Help Desk. The e-mail address is ngs.cedihelpdesk@wellpoint.com and should include the following:
- Sender ID
- PTAN or NPI Number
- Phone Number
- Issue
As a reminder, PHI cannot be included in e-mails, this breaches the HIPAA Security guidelines. Once the e-mail is received, it will be worked immediately by a CEDI Help Desk Technician.
