CIGNA Government Services (CGS) Enhances Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for Jurisdiction C

The IVR continues to be a primary source of information for Jurisdiction C - handling approximately 3 million calls per year. To improve the services our IVR provides, we have incorporated changes based on feedback we have received from you!

Effective June 2, 2009, CIGNA Government Services has removed the lengthy message that greets all IVR users. This will reduce the time it takes for you to get to the information you need. CIGNA Government Services has also added the NPI number of the Home Health Agency to the Home Health option. In addition, we have added the admission date to information available under our Skilled Nursing Facility and Inpatient Hospital option.
