February Closures for DME MAC Jurisdiction C Contact Center
On Presidents' Day, February 15, 2010, the DME MAC Jurisdiction C Provider Contact Center will be closed from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Central Time for staff training. Although you will be unable to speak to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) during this time, our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit and the Claim Status Inquiry/Beneficiary Eligibility system will remain operational to provide you with information that does not require CSR assistance. CSRs will be available to assist you when the contact center reopens at 1:00 pm. Due to the closure on Presidents' Day, the contact center will not be closed for the regularly schedule weekly staff training on Thursday, February 18.
Also, due to the unexpected interruption in CSR availability earlier this week, the contact center will not be closed for the regularly schedule weekly staff training on Thursday, February 4, 2010.
As a reminder, the DME MAC Jurisdiction C Provider Contact Center is closed every Thursday morning from 8:30 am to 10:30 am Central Time for staff training, except for weeks in which there is a federal holiday closing. A complete listing of all planned closures for February 2010 has been provided below:
- February 4 - Open for full business hours (7:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time)
- February 11 - Closed from 8:30 am to 10:30 am Central Time
- February 15 - Closed from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Central Time for staff training
- February 18 - Open for full business hours (7:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time)
- February 25 - Closed from 8:30 am to 10:30 am Central Time
