Part B Medical Insurance

Medicare Part B has jurisdiction of claims for:

Doctors' services
Outpatient hospital care
Diagnostic tests
Ambulance services
Many other health services and supplies that are not covered by Medicare Part A

CIGNA Government Services Part B processes claims for Idaho, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

DMERC Region D Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier

Under the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA) of 2003, CMS awarded the Region D DME MAC contract to Noridian Administrative Services (NAS). Effective September 29, 2006 CIGNA Government Services will no longer administer the Region D DMERC contract.
