Imaging of the Brain for Tennessee has been revised to add ICD-9’s 315.4, 336.9, 337.9, 349.9, 389.00, 642.00, 909.0, 952.00, 952.05, 959.01, V10.9, V17.1. These codes are retroactive to the original effective date of the policy. To view the entire policy, please visit the CMS Web site.
