Change in Tennessee Call Center Hours of Operation

Beginning Monday, November 20, 2006, the Tennessee Call Center will be changing its hours of operation. The new hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. This applies only to the customer service call center and will not affect the IVR.
