Upcoming Tennessee / Idaho Contact Center Closure
The CIGNA Government Services Provider Contact Center in Tennessee / Idaho will be closed on Tuesday, October 30 after 2:00 pm central time. The call center will reopen Wednesday morning.
Although you will be unable to speak to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) during this time, please remember that our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit will remain operational to provide you with information that does not require CSR assistance.
We will advise you via the Web site, ListServ, and our IVR of any additional schedule changes. Your continued support of our efforts to ensure you receive optimal service is appreciated.
