Important Part B IVR Information Beginning November 16, 2007
In an effort to better serve you we have made enhancements to the Medicare Part B IVRs. You will now be able to verify the most common types of Medicare Secondary Payer information after obtaining eligibility information. Eligibility is located at option 2 on the main menu. While we have made every effort to make this MSP information accurate, the beneficiary is the best source for current MSP information. Also, Option 6 has been added to verify that your NPI and PTAN are on the crosswalk. Please listen carefully to the prompts.
