Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) – Update
The Survey Packet for the 2008 Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) will be sent out to providers beginning in December 2007. The MCPSS provides a valuable opportunity for providers to submit feedback on their satisfaction with the services provided by Medicare contractors, including CIGNA Government Services (CGS).
The link below will display a copy of the envelope that providers selected to participate in the MCPSS will receive. CGS values your feedback, and we encourage all providers chosen to participate in the survey to do so by following the instructions included in the envelope. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and covers provider communications, provider inquiries, claims processing, appeals, provider enrollment, and medical review.
