Important Part B IVR Information
Medicare Secondary Payer information was added to the CIGNA Government Services Part B IVR in November 2007. Providers must use the IVR for information that is available on the IVR. It will soon be 6 months since we added the MSP information to the IVR and we feel that this has been enough time for providers to become familiar with obtaining this information from the IVR. Beginning June 1, 2008 it will be mandatory that you obtain the MSP information that is available on the IVR from the IVR.
