Welcome to CIGNA Government Services' NetCourses!

NetCourses are online tutorials and training courses available on demand to fit the needs of your busy schedule. Each course contains a pre-test and a post-test so you can evaluate your knowledge of the subject. CIGNA Government Services currently has more than 40 NetCourses, which are updated regularly with the latest Medicare changes, and will continue to post new courses several times a year. Be sure to sign-up for our E-Mail Express Notification System (ListServ) so you can be notified via e-mail when new tutorials are available.

To access additional courses, click here to go to our new Online Education System.

If you have never participated in a NetCourse, please click the "New User" button and fill in the information requested, including your email address. Once the email address is accepted, you will be taken to the NetCourse home page, where you choose from the list of available courses. Once on the NetCourses home page, you can click on any of the classes to get a description and the estimated time needed to complete the tutorial. Click "Launch" to go into the chosen tutorial.
